How I Can Help You

Would you like to feel more grounded, peaceful, and connected to yourself no matter what life brings? Are you ready to heal old patterns, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose? At Integrate Psychotherapy, I provide holistic, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples seeking meaningful and lasting change.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), mindfulness-based practices, attachment-focused therapy, and neurobiology-informed interventions to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Together, we work to create lasting transformation by addressing both the mind and body, helping you build resilience, emotional clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, compassion fatigue, and identity exploration. I also work extensively with high-performing professionals including entrepreneurs, creatives, engineers, teachers, therapists, coaches, and first responders who are seeking balance, fulfillment, and sustainable well-being.

For couples, I offer relationship counseling and premarital therapy focused on strengthening communication, emotional intimacy, attachment security, and conflict resolution. My work emphasizes healing through authentic connection both within yourself and in your relationships with others.

I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and emotional well-being.

About Me

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University. During my undergraduate work, I had the unique experience of facilitating personal growth and exploration groups for students within the university. During graduate school, I had the honor of interning at Capital Area Counseling in Austin, where I provided counseling to individuals of various backgrounds and socioeconomic status. Here, I also facilitated a mindfulness group designed to introduce individuals to the practice of mindfulness in everyday living.

My work is inspired by my own gratitude for personal relationships and the meaning those have in my life. I am honored to walk alongside you and provide guidance on your journey of self-exploration and peace-seeking.

Agape

Central to my therapeutic approach is the practice of Agape love, a compassionate, grounded, and unconditional form of care rooted in presence, empathy, respect, and acceptance. I strive to foster this kind of emotionally safe and nonjudgmental relationship with my clients so they feel deeply seen, supported, and valued throughout the healing process. I also help clients cultivate Agape love within themselves and their relationships, creating greater emotional security, self-compassion, and meaningful connection with others.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and move through life with greater mindfulness and intention. Therapy with me is collaborative, experiential, and relationally focused. I serve as a guide while helping clients strengthen their inner sense of security, reconnect with their values, and uncover a deeper sense of peace, passion, and purpose.
